Permission needs to be given for every activity, every time.

This includes oral sex. Oral sex without permission is rape.

Permission cannot be given is she/he is drunk or frightened.

Sex with any girl/boy under 16 is unlawful, even if it is oral, even if she says she gives permission, and even if you're under 16 as well.

  • You may think you are a 'girlfriend' of a gang member, or that he loves you. But why should you trust him? If you have seen him lie to other people he may be lying to you.
  • If a man really respected you he wouldn't ask you to commit a crime for him, if he does he is using you.
  • He might say he loves you, but he may be grooming you to do things that will be bad for you.
  • If you do not give permission - it is rape. No argument.
  • If you give permission to one sort of sexual activity it does not mean you are giving permission to all activity. Permission required for each activity, each time.
  • Permission may be withdrawn at any time.
  • Don't lie. Act your age.
  • Giving oral sex without your permission is rape.
  • The internet gives a really bad idea of how most boy/girl friends behave. Treat what it says with suspicion - many people using it are not what they seem.
  • If she does not give permission, you are a rapist.
  • Maybe means no.
  • Permission may be withdrawn at any time.
  • A real man does not take advantage of a younger girl.
  • Staying quiet is not permission, she may be frightened. Just because there are no injuries, doesn't mean it is not rape.
  • She cannot give permission if she is drunk.
  • If she doesn't give permission for oral sex (completely freely), that is rape.
  • Sex with any girl under 16 is unlawful. The law recognises that she is too young to give proper permission.
